These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines governing your access to, and use of, our website, services, mobile applications, and dealership platforms. By using or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our services.


Our services are designed to provide you with seamless information about our electric vehicles, facilitate vehicle purchases, and offer support for maintenance, warranties, and related services. You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Additionally, all content, designs, logos, and materials provided on our platforms are protected by intellectual property laws and must not be copied, distributed, or misused without our prior consent.

Definitions
  •   > Company/We/Our/Us: Refers to IYANS ELECTRIC.
  •   > Customer/You: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our e-rickshaw.
  •   > Vehicle: Any electric rickshaw or accessory sold or leased by the Company.
  •   > Service: Includes maintenance, warranty, and any other services offered by the Company.
Purchase and Payment
  • All vehicle prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Full payment or agreed installments must be completed before delivery.
  • Payments may be made via bank transfer, financing, or other authorized methods.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse sale or delivery until payment is confirmed.
Delivery and Ownership
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ownership transfers to the customer only after full payment and registration formalities are completed.
  • The Company is not liable for delays due to third-party authorities or transport issues.
Warranty
  • Vehicles come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (12 months or 20,000 km, whichever is earlier).
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
  • Claims must be submitted at authorized service centers with proof of purchase.
Usage Guidelines
  • Customers must operate the vehicle according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Vehicle must comply with local road and safety regulations.
  • Any modification to the vehicle without authorization voids the warranty and may result in legal action.
Maintenance and Service
  • Regular maintenance is recommended as per the service schedule provided.
  • Only authorized service centers should perform repairs to maintain warranty validity.
  • The Company is not liable for damages arising from improper maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vehicle use.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle or replacement of defective parts under warranty.
Returns and Refunds
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within a specified period (e.g., 7 days).
  • Refunds or replacements will be subject to inspection and approval by the Company.
Privacy
  • The Company may collect personal information for vehicle registration, service, and communication purposes.
  • Customer data will be handled according to applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
  • All logos, designs, and content provided by the Company are protected under intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [India/Uttar Pradesh].
